Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Agilio Software's online recruitment platform, powered by Tribepad (the “Platform”), including creating a candidate account, submitting an application, and any related recruitment activity. By accessing the Platform or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who Operates the Platform
The Platform is operated by Agilio Software Bidco Limited (company number 12242288) of 3rd Floor 2 Glass Wharf, Bristol, United Kingdom, BS2 0EL (“Agilio”, “we”, “us”), on behalf of the Agilio group of companies, and is hosted by Talent on View Limited, trading as Tribepad (“Tribepad”), acting as our service provider.
If you are offered a role, your contract of employment will be with the specific Agilio group company advertising that vacancy (the “Hiring Entity”), which may be a different legal entity to Agilio Software Bidco Limited. The Hiring Entity will be identified in the vacancy details and/or your offer of employment.
2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Please check back periodically.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to register for or use the Platform (or the minimum lawful working age in your jurisdiction, if higher). By registering, you confirm that all information you submit is accurate and complete, that you will keep it up to date, and that your use of the Platform complies with applicable law. We may terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe this eligibility requirement is not met.
4. Your Account
To apply for roles, you will need to register for an account and choose a password. You must keep your login details confidential and must not share them with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, tell us immediately at central.people@agiliosoftware.com and change your password as soon as possible.
5. Content You Submit
When you apply for a role, you may submit information and materials such as your CV, cover letter, application answers, and any documents or recordings we request (“Your Content”). You confirm that Your Content is accurate, is your own work (or that you have permission to submit it), and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You grant us a licence to use Your Content solely for the purposes of assessing your application, administering our recruitment process, and complying with our legal obligations, in accordance with our Recruitment Privacy Policy. We do not publish Your Content publicly, and do not use it for any purpose beyond recruitment, without asking you first.
6. Indemnity
If Your Content breaches the warranty in clause 5 above (for example, because it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, or breaches a duty of confidentiality owed to a third party), you agree to indemnify us against any losses, costs (including reasonable legal costs) and liabilities we incur as a result, and against any claim brought against us by a third party arising from that breach.
7. Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you must not submit or attempt to submit content or material that:
- Is unlawful, or encourages or promotes unlawful conduct
- Is defamatory, obscene or offensive
- Infringes any intellectual property right, or breaches a duty of confidentiality owed to a third party
- Is misleading or likely to deceive
- Promotes discrimination on the basis of a protected characteristic
- Contains malicious code, or is intended to disrupt or compromise the Platform
- Impersonates Agilio, Tribepad, or any other person
We may reject, remove or suspend access to any content or account that breaches these Terms, without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The design, software and branding of the Platform belong to Tribepad and/or its licensors. Content we publish about our roles and organisation belongs to Agilio. You may print or retain a copy of Platform content for your own personal use in connection with your application, but must not otherwise copy, reproduce or repurpose it without our permission.
9. No Warranty
The Platform is provided “as is”. While we and Tribepad take reasonable care to keep information on the Platform accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, neither Agilio nor Tribepad accepts liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Third-Party Links
The Platform may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content of those sites and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, misused the Platform, or provided false information.
12. Privacy
Our use of your personal data is described in our Recruitment Privacy Policy, available on the Platform. Please read it alongside these Terms.
13. Electronic Communications
We will generally communicate with you electronically, for example by email or by posting notices on the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to receive communications electronically and acknowledge that this satisfies any legal requirement for communications to be in writing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
14. No Guarantee of Employment or Response
Using the Platform, creating an account, or submitting an application does not create any contract of employment or guarantee an interview, offer, or any other outcome. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we are not able to guarantee an individual, personalised response to every applicant, including where you are not shortlisted for a role. Where possible, we will update you on the status of your application through the Platform.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
